Vanilla Ice Cream Recipe 

ingredients:
  • 2 cups half and half cream (whipping cream) 
  • pinch of salt 
  • 5 egg yolk 
  • 2/3 cups powdered sugar 
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla 
  • boiling water 
How to make:
  • Half-and-half cream: whipped whipping cream with milk heat until bubbly 
  • Combine the egg yolk, sugar, salt, beat until dough paled 
  • Combine the cream mixture into the egg mixture while continuing in shake 
  • after well blended lift and place the bowl of dough into a large dalampanci boiling water for 5-10 minutes and remove from heat. 
  • Add vanilla and stir essens 
  • bowl with plastic wrap or aluminum voil 
  • Maukkan into the freezer for 45 minutes and stir again, after it was put in the freezer again 
  • Serve with wafle or the other :)
