- 2stick Mozarella Cheese
- 1glass of milk
- 1sdm maizena
- keju parut
Seassonings
- 1/2 tsp of Salt
- 1/2 tsp of White pepper
- black pepper
How to make it
- Add milk and cornstarch and whisk until blended
- bring to a boil over high heat, stirring constantly
- after boiling reduce heat and continue to cook until thickened
- enter grated cheese, mozzarella and whisk until melted
- add salt and black pepper and chill in the refrigerator
