How to make Cheese Sauce

Cheese Sauce

Ingredients

• 2stick Mozarella Cheese
• 1glass of milk
• 1sdm maizena
• keju parut

Seassonings

• 1/2 tsp of Salt
• 1/2 tsp of White pepper
• black pepper

How to make it

• Add milk and cornstarch and whisk until blended 
• bring to a boil over high heat, stirring constantly 
• after boiling reduce heat and continue to cook until thickened 
• enter grated cheese, mozzarella and whisk until melted 
• add salt and black pepper and chill in the refrigerator
