Macaroni schotel



Ingredients
  • 1 pack of Macaroni rotini or (one of all kinds of macaroni)
  • Water
  • 5 pieces of Smoked beef has been sliced
  • Cheddar cheesse , Mozarella cheesse and Parmesan Cheesse or (one of all kind of chesse / quick melt cheesse)
  • 1 bottle of liquid Milk
  • 3 tablespoons of Flour
Seasoning
  • 5 pieces of garlic that has been mashed
  • 1 pieces of onion sliced
  • Tomato paste
  • Spagethi sauce
  • Butter
  • Pepper powder
  • Vegetable oil
  • Salt
  • beef broth powder
How to make main sauces
  • preheat the frying pan 
  • input 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil, and input garlic that has been mashed, stir-fry until fragrant
  • put the smoked beef and onion sliced,  stir-fry until fragrant
  • after the onion fragrant, put the spagethi sauce and tomato paste , mix it
  • put 1/2 tablespoon of salt , beef broth powder and papper powder. and mix it
How to make white sauce
  • preheat the pan
  • put butter until melted
  • and then, put 3tbsp of flour and mix it
  • add it witih 1 bottle of milk, mix it
  • put the cheddar cheesse and mozarella cheesse in it until melted
  • mix until looks a bit of lumpy

How to make Macaroni Schotel
  • Boiled water in a pan with 2tbsp vegetable oil , 1 teaspoon of salt and put macaroni in it
  • after the macaroni cooked, drain it 
  • mix the macaroni into the half of white sauce
  • input half of macaroni which has been mixed by the white sauce into a special mold oven
  • put the main sause on  it
  • put the macaroni which has been mixed by the white sauce again
  • input the white sauce agaijn on it
  • and sprinkle with parmesan cheesse and mozarella cheesse
  • baked it with oven in 20 minutes
  • and served it with sprinkle with grated quick melt cheese on the macaroni schotel still heat
