SEMUR DAGING KENTANG



Ingredients
  • 1kg beef
  • 2 piece of peeled potato
  • 8 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 1 liter of water
  • 5 tablespoons of vegetable oil
  • 3 bay leaves
  • salt as needed
Seasoning
  • 2cm ginger
  • 2 roasted coriander
  • 12 onions that have been sliced
  • 6 garlic 
  • 2cm cinnamon
  • 1 nutmeg
  • 5 have been roasted hazelnut
Extra Ingredients
  • Fried onions
  • pepper powder
How to make rendang
  • mashed garlic, onion, nutmeg, coriander, ginger in a blender or grind
  • heat a frying pan
  • input the oil into a frying pan, wait until the oil is heat
  • input seasoning that has been mashed , bay leaves and cinnamon into the frying pan , stir-fry until fragrant
  • Put the meat, add the soy sauce and then stir-fry until the seasonings seep back into the meat
  • Put potato pieces. 
  • Add heat water if the water is shrinking, let the flavors mingle and the meat and potatoes to mature
  • leave until the meat is tender and cooked
  • serve wit
