SEMUR DAGING KENTANG
Ingredients
- 1kg beef
- 2 piece of peeled potato
- 8 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 liter of water
- 5 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- 3 bay leaves
- salt as needed
Seasoning
- 2cm ginger
- 2 roasted coriander
- 12 onions that have been sliced
- 6 garlic
- 2cm cinnamon
- 1 nutmeg
- 5 have been roasted hazelnut
Extra Ingredients
- Fried onions
- pepper powder
How to make rendang
- mashed garlic, onion, nutmeg, coriander, ginger in a blender or grind
- heat a frying pan
- input the oil into a frying pan, wait until the oil is heat
- input seasoning that has been mashed , bay leaves and cinnamon into the frying pan , stir-fry until fragrant
- Put the meat, add the soy sauce and then stir-fry until the seasonings seep back into the meat
- Put potato pieces.
- Add heat water if the water is shrinking, let the flavors mingle and the meat and potatoes to mature
