 Fried CatFish


Ingredients:

  • 5 of catfish
  • Oil
  • 1/2 of Lemon
Seasoning :
  • Ginger
  • Turmeric
  • Salt
  • Coriander
  • Garlic 
Extra Ingredients:
  • Sliced of cucumber
  • Sliced cabbage
  • sambal goreng terasi (fried shrimp paste sauce)


Steps:
  • cut the catfish into a three pieces
  • after that, wash the pieces of catfish
  • next, grind all of spices until smooth
  • then, stain the pieces of catfish with half of lemon and spices (seasoning)
  • next, heat the oil on the frying pan
  • fry the catfish until the colour change into gold
  • after that, leak the oil from fried fish
  • finally, put the fried fish on plate and serve with extra ingredients
