Sambal Goreng Kentang




ingredients: 


  • Red onion 7
  • Garlic 5 
  • Curly red chili quarter 
  • a kilo of potatoes 
  • Pound peeled shrimp 
  • 3 petai
Seassoning 

  • Bay leaves 2 pieces 
  • 2cm galangal geprek 
  • salt to taste 
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar 
  • Chicken bouillon powder 

How to make Sambal Fried Potatoes 

  • Peel the potatoes and wash thoroughly 
  • cut the box "and fry until dry, drained
