Ingredient

  • 2 plates of cooked rice
  • 2 Eggs
  • 4 tablespoons Oil
  • 4 red chili
  • 4 Onion
  • 3 Garlic
Seasoning
  • salt as needed
  • pepper as needed
  • soy sauce as needed
  • powdered chicken broth as needed
Extra Ingredient
  • omelette
  • fried onions
  • sausage
  • kerupuk (crackers)
  • pickles
How to make nasi goreng
  • mashed red pepper, onion and garlic in a blender or grind
  • whisk the eggs with a bit of pepper
  • heat a frying pan
  • input the oil into a frying pan, wait until the oil is heat
  • next,input beaten egg, into the frying pan (made scramble eggs)
  • input seasoning that has been mashed into the frying pan, stir-fry until fragrant
  • input cooked rice, soy sauce and powdered chicken broth and salt to taste, mix well
  • served in the plate with omelette and fried sausage
  • serve with kerupuk,pickles and fried onions
serving for 2 people
